The questions we hear most before a project starts. If yours is not here, write to us and we will reply the same day.

Services and Scope

We do full-stack development across web, mobile (iOS and Android), desktop (Windows, macOS, Linux) and cloud. When the same business needs to run on several platforms, we build all of them on a shared API and keep the data in one source of truth.

All three. We work with single-location businesses and with multi-site enterprises alike. Because the architecture is scalable from day one, the system grows with you instead of being rewritten.

Yes. We build microservice-based REST and GraphQL APIs and integrate with accounting, ERP, CRM, e-invoicing and shipping systems. Where the other side has no API, we work through the alternatives with you.

We will. We first review the codebase and infrastructure and produce a written assessment: what works, what the risks are, and whether continuing or rewriting is the sounder call. We make that decision together, after the report.

You can. If you already have designs we can take on development alone; if you have an in-house engineering team we can handle UI/UX design alone. We agree the boundary up front, so nothing falls between the two.

We design the interface specifically for each project. We build on mature libraries such as Bootstrap, but we do not base a business on a purchased theme — it costs more in maintenance and performance over time.

Process and Ways of Working

Analysis → Design → Development → Testing → Launch → Maintenance. Development runs in Agile sprints, and each sprint ends with a working build and a transparent progress report. You see the project along the way, not only at the end.

It depends on scope. A marketing site is usually a few weeks; an admin panel or mobile app takes a few months. At the end of analysis we give you a sprint-based schedule — dates we have agreed on, not guesses.

Every project has one point of contact who knows the work, so you always reach someone informed. We demo at the end of each sprint and send written progress summaries in between. A direct line stays open for urgent matters.

Change is normal and the process is built for it. We share the effect on scope, schedule and budget in writing, and only move it into the sprint plan once you approve. No surprise invoices.

Yes. We are based in Gaziantep, Türkiye and serve clients nationwide, remotely or on site. We travel for installation and training when it helps.

We do. Our remote working model adapts to other time zones, and we can run correspondence and documentation in English.

Pricing and Contracts

For work with a clearly defined scope we quote a fixed price; where scope takes shape along the way we work sprint by sprint. We decide which fits after the analysis conversation, and in both models the contract lists exactly what is included.

No. The first conversation, the needs analysis and the quote are free. If a detailed feasibility study or an audit of an existing system is needed, we discuss that separately and tell you before starting.

We split payment across project milestones: kick-off, interim deliveries and launch. That way every payment corresponds to a working result you can see. The details are set out in the contract.

Yes, before discussions begin if you ask for one. Your idea, your data and your commercial information are not shared outside the team working on the project.

Delivery, Ownership and Security

You do. Once payment is complete, the source code, database structure and technical documentation transfer to you. We do not build in deliberate lock-in — you can continue with another team whenever you choose.

We choose the hosting location together, and servers located in Türkiye can be used on request. Systems are built around the access logging, permission separation and retention principles the regulation requires. Final legal review of policy documents rests with your own legal advisor.

Role-based permissions, two-factor authentication, audit trails, encrypted connections and regular updates are standard practice. On request we arrange penetration testing and close the findings.

We do. We can set up and manage domains, hosting and business e-mail; because we configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC correctly, your mail stays out of spam folders. We are equally happy to work with your existing provider.

Support and Maintenance

Yes. We offer flexible maintenance packages covering system monitoring, version updates, backup checks and performance optimisation. Response times and scope are defined in the contract according to the package you choose.

Defects within the delivered scope are fixed free of charge during the warranty period. The length of that period, and what counts as a defect versus a new request, are stated plainly in the contract — settling that up front makes life easier for both sides.

We do. We run user training during launch and leave documentation you can share internally. You can request refresher training when staff change.

If your processes fit a standard flow, a ready-made product such as Stok365 or Bildir365 is both faster and cheaper. If your operation has industry- or company-specific rules, custom software is the better call. We tell you plainly which fits in the analysis conversation — the aim is the right setup, not the bigger sale.
